Shipping policy

Orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. However, you will be able to select your shipping method, speed & cost at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 - 5 business days.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping at this time.

Lost Packages/ Claims

Please note, silt is not liable for lost or stolen packages. if you feel your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to your local carrier for more information. silt will not resend packages.

where are my goodies? tracking says it was delivered but i cannot find it!
let’s figure this out–

Check to see if the carrier left a notice of attempted delivery.
Look around to see if it was left nearby. maybe with a neighbor?
See if another member of the household accepted the delivery.
Contact your local post office for more information.
